How you can become a member of the Society
Membership is open to all.
Members receive the monthly newsletter and our semi-annual Journal.
Membership dues
Current annual membership dues are $40.
Junior membership (16 and under) is $25.
For multiple members in the same household the first member is $40 and additional members are $25 each.
Membership dues are payable each January. If you join partway through the year your dues will be pro-rated accordingly.

To become a member download and print the membership application form (at left), fill it in and mail it in together with a cheque for with your first year’s dues.
Electronic Payment Options
If it's more convenient we are set up to accept electronic payments for new memberships and renewals through either of these mwthods:
Interac electronic transfer through online banking to the email address omss@bell.net
Paypal - send your payment to the email address omss@bell.net This is the best method if sending payment from outside Canada as you can specify it in Canadian dollars.
If you are paying for a new membership this way don't forget to also send an email with your name and address details as requested on the application form. Send this to omss@bell.net as well.
